A Message from Our Founder

I didn’t create More Than Foundation to "start a movement." I created it to end what should’ve never been tolerated: cycles of poverty, invisibility, and injustice that rob families of the futures they deserve.

This work was never about charity. It’s about precision. Power. Rewriting what’s acceptable for communities too long dismissed.

For over 15 years, I’ve stood with people our systems ignore—families living paycheck to paycheck, children facing hunger and trauma, caregivers without safety nets. I’ve listened to mothers who’ve lost babies too soon, youth silenced by violence, health workers stretched beyond limits. Not to speak for them, but to amplify what they’ve always known.

More Than Foundation doesn’t bring pre-written scripts or photo ops. We build what’s missing—with those who’ve been overlooked too long. From trauma healing in U.S. neighborhoods to community-led solutions across Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, we don’t just "serve." We shift systems. Restore power. Deliver results.

Our partners aren’t chosen by luck, but by strategy, data, and deep relationships. Everything we build—Healing Futures, Unlock Her/His Future—is scalable, sustainable, and rooted in community wisdom.

This isn’t a movement. It’s infrastructure for justice. A global strategy for survival and sovereignty. A declaration: we won’t wait for broken systems. We’re building our own.
