At More Than Foundation, impact means ethical practices in every community and partnership. These commitments guide our Healing Futures program across our 12 Florida service counties.

Mental Health & Wellness Commitment

We protect daily mental health breaks for volunteers—1 hour of protected time per 8-hour shift, plus movement and nourishment. Healing work demands healed volunteers first.

Partnership Terms

Mission-aligned collaboration with equals. Mutual respect, no legal obligations unless agreed, and clear expectations for communication and ethics.

Volunteer Code of Conduct

Humility, respect, cultural awareness. Volunteers commit to dignity, confidentiality, and trauma-informed service in every interaction.

Privacy Policy

Your data is secure. We collect only what we need for volunteer matching, partnerships, and impact updates—never s old. Full rights to access/delete.
