OUR COMMITMENT TO ETHICAL VOLUNTEERING PRACTICES
More Than Foundation sets high standards of integrity and professionalism. This Code ensures volunteers understand their role in delivering trauma-informed programs through Healing Futures (Mental Health First Aid training, Family Stabilization Kits, and community witness programming) across our Florida service counties.

VOLUNTEER EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a volunteer, you agree to:

• Respect the dignity, rights, and diversity of all individuals—fellow volunteers, program leaders, and community members

• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment free from discrimination, harassment, or harm

• Fulfill commitments reliably and communicate proactively about changes

• Follow guidance from program leaders to ensure project success and safety

• Protect confidentiality of sensitive information encountered during service
