• Respect the dignity, rights, and diversity of all individuals—fellow volunteers, program leaders, and community members

• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment free from discrimination, harassment, or harm.

• Fulfill commitments reliably and communicate proactively about changes.

• Follow guidance from program leaders to ensure project success and safety.

• Protect confidentiality of sensitive information encountered during service.
