What Makes This Different

We don’t care where you went to school.
We don’t care if your resume is messy.

We care about your heart, your voice, and your vision for justice.

If you’ve been overlooked, underestimated, or told you don’t belong — this was built for you.
Because those closest to the pain are closest to the solution.
And we believe in the kind of change that starts with courage — not credentials.

 Post-Fellowship Pathway

We don't stop when August ends.

Our Fellows become part of a lifelong ecosystem of impact and opportunity. After the fellowship, you may:

  • Join MTF programs or advisory councils

  • Serve as a mentor to future Fellows

  • Apply for microgrants to launch your own project

  • Be invited to contribute to MTF’s global strategies, storytelling, and special initiatives

🎖️ Highly Competitive. Deeply Transformative.

Only 2–4 Fellows are selected globally each year. This isn’t just a leadership opportunity — it’s a calling.
